FABRIC: International Bursary Opportunity (deadline: 13/05/24)

Uprise Rebel is pleased to share an international bursary opportunity from FABRIC. Applications are open to independent artists and producers who are based in England and working in dance. 

These bursaries will support you to attend an international marketplace or festival and to cultivate relationships with international commissioners and presenters.

FABRIC’s producing team will be managing delegations from England at internationale tanzmesse nrw, and CINARS Biennale 2024, alternatively you may propose a different platform that you organise and attend independently. 

To apply, you must have a tour ready work available that you are representing either as lead artist or producer.

Awards announced: 20th May 2024

Financial support includes:

• return travel

• up to 5 nights’ accommodation

• per diems at £30 p/d, registration fees, and an honorarium of £125 per day up to 5 days. 

There is a budget of £30,000 to support 15-20 individuals (subject to location and therefore costs).
